meliora laundry powder and other cleaning products of this brand

The difficulty to locate a suitable laundry powder product served as the impetus for the founding of the Meliora Cleaning Products brand, just as it has done for a great number of other toxin-free and environmentally conscious businesses.

When Founder Kate wanted to make sure the items she was using in her house were safe, she was unhappy that she couldn’t even locate this ingredient list online.

Meliora provides customers with a wide selection of different cleaning products. During my search for the highest quality “safe” items available online, I came across their toxin-free peppermint scrub. I was immediately drawn to its refreshing scent.

I had no idea that they were a firm located in Chicago until after I had tried their product and realized how much I like it. After I learned that they were located in such close proximity to my house, my excitement level skyrocketed.

  • Meliora Gentle Home Cleaning Scrub: The Meliora Gentle Home Cleaning Scrub is a scrub that does not include any toxic ingredients and is ideal for cleaning tubs, tiles, stovetops, and a wide variety of other surfaces and areas all throughout the home. My scouring pad has been put to use in bathtubs, showers, toilets, and on the countertops in the bathroom. Most recently, I used it to clean the whole of my kitchen sink.

It is completely free of plastic, dyes, preservatives, palm oil, animal testing, synthetic fragrances, and cruelty. In addition, it is completely biodegradable and acceptable for use in septic systems.

  • Meliora Zero Waste Dish Soap: You’ll end up falling in love with the Meliora Zero Waste Dish Soap if you’re looking for a zero-waste dish soap solution.

I keep this on a little plate that I found at a charity store just next to my kitchen sink. It is convenient, and it also looks a lot better than having a plastic bottle sitting out there would have done.

I put a lot of mileage on my dishwasher. However, particularly now that I have children, I find that I am washing quite a few things by hand.

During the course of a typical week, you may find me hand washing:

Items of which there are just a handful available (and I don’t have time to wait for the dishwasher to cycle), including our youngest daughter’s lunch box

  • Boards made of bamboo for cutting
  • Bags to conceal valuables in
  • Things that will take up too much room in the dishwasher even when it’s empty.
  • Crock pot

In addition to it, a large quantity of other unrelated items.

If you want to use the Meliora Plastic Free Dish Soap, all you have to do is moisten your scrubber or cloth and then rub it on the soap bar to produce some suds. Alternately, if you want to fill a tub with soapy water, you may just hold the bar under the water for a few seconds until the water fills up the tub. This works in the same way as the first method.

It is quite simple to use, performs exceptionally well, and is packaged without the use of any plastic.

  • Meliora Laundry Powder: Another annoying commodity that is frequently packaged in plastic containers that are only suitable for one use is laundry detergent. The Meliora version, on the other hand, does not include any plastic!

You may purchase Meliora Laundry Powder in a can that can be reused and then get refills whenever you run out. The washing powder does not include any dyes or preservatives, does not contain palm oil, does not test on animals, and does not contain any synthetic fragrances.

In addition to that, it is offered in a variety of scents. You have the option of:

  • Unscented
  • Lemon
  • Lavender
  • Lemon-lavender-clove

By choosing “no scoop” at checkout, you have the option of having an experience that is totally free of plastic. You also have the option of purchasing the scoop the very first time, and then using it again after that.

Personally, I decided against using a scoop and instead used an additional measuring spoon made of metal that was already in the kitchen.

During our tour of the plant, I learned a lot of interesting things, one of which was that they had moved the “no plastic shipment” option to the top of the website in order to encourage more people to choose “no scooper” and therefore eliminate all plastic from their lives.

  • Meliora Laundry Stain Removal Soap Stick: In a surprising turn of events, I was able to remove stains from my children’s clothing that I had previously set by washing and drying the garments. Simply putting it to the test, I tested it out, and I must say that I was rather pleased.

The Meliora Laundry Stain Removal Stick does not include any dyes, preservatives, palm oil, animal testing, or synthetic fragrances. Additionally, it does not subject animals to any kind of testing. In addition to that, its operation is straightforward.

The fact that I just need to submerge the item of clothing or the stain stick in water for a few seconds and then scrub it in like a marker is perhaps the feature that I appreciate the most about it.

This saves me from having to spray anything all over, then attempt to rub it in with my hands or by rubbing the garment together after it has been sprayed (sometimes spreading the stain even more).

In my opinion, there is nothing but good to come from using this product.

In addition to these cleaning solutions, Meliora also offers a variety of others. For the sake of making a comparison to Blueland and Cleancult, I’m really interested in testing out the all-purpose cleaning spray.
